How it works

One engine. Whatever “converted” means in your business.

A lead arrives, tickOver talks to them, and the ones who are real end up wherever your revenue actually happens. For some businesses that is a booking. For others it is a signup, or a salesperson’s phone ringing.

01 — ARRIVES

The lead lands

From a Facebook or Instagram ad, a form, a listing, a spreadsheet import, or typed in by your team.

→ name · number · source → reportable from day one

02 — CONTACTS

tickOver reaches out

SMS, email, WhatsApp, or an AI voice call — in whatever order you decide, starting within seconds.

→ every lead, not a sample → any hour

03 — QUALIFIES

It asks and records

Your questions, your definition of a good lead. Answers land on the record, and the flow branches on them.

→ route · tag · escalate → or close politely

04 — CONVERTS

Into your outcome

A booking, a trial signup, or a warm handover to a person — then it keeps following up until that outcome actually happens.

→ and stops when it does

Step 4 is the part that differs by business

Outcome — book

They pick a time on your booking page or your own Google Calendar. tickOver reminds them, knows whether they turned up, and recovers the ones who did not.

Outcome — sign up

They start a free trial or create an account. tickOver keeps nudging the ones who said yes and have not done it yet.

Outcome — hand over

A salesperson gets the lead with the full conversation attached, at the moment interest is highest rather than three days later.

The builder

Flows you assemble, not code you commission

An automation is: when this happens, do these things. You drag steps onto a canvas, connect them, and switch it on. Changing one takes a minute — which matters more than it sounds, because a flow nobody can edit is a flow nobody trusts.

What can start a flow

  • A new lead arrives from any source
  • Someone replies to you
  • An AI call finishes
  • A tag is added to a person
  • A lead moves stage
  • A booking is made, cancelled or missed
  • A date arrives

What it can then do

  • Send an SMS, an email, or a WhatsApp message
  • Have an AI voice agent ring them
  • Wait — two hours, three days, or until an appointment starts
  • Branch on anything it knows about the person
  • Tag someone, or move their stage
  • Email a salesperson when a human is needed
  • Send that person their own booking or signup link

And it stops when it should

A follow-up sequence part-way through three days will cancel the rest the moment that person converts — books, signs up, or replies. Nobody gets chased for something they already did.

This is the difference between automation a business trusts and automation they switch off after it nags a customer who already fixed the problem.

Built for Australian rules

Compliance you would otherwise be doing by hand

Every message passes the same checks before it leaves — not a setting you remember to switch on, but something the system will not let you skip.

Opt-outs are honoured everywhere

Reply STOP to a text or click unsubscribe in an email, and every automation stops for that person immediately.

Quiet hours

You set the window you will contact people in. Nothing sends outside it — the message waits.

Every message identifies you

And carries a working unsubscribe link, which is what the Spam Act requires.

A master switch and a rate limit

Stop all outbound messaging at once, and cap the sending rate so no automation can accidentally blast a list.

See it running against your own enquiries

We build your first flows with you — your sources, your questions, your definition of converted — and test them before a single message reaches a real customer.

Every business is onboarded directly — your automations are configured and tested with you before anything goes live.
